Vitamin d is normally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the ultraviolet energy of the sun. However, it is not abundant in food. As more people avoid sun exposure, Vitamin D supplementation becomes even more necessary to ensure that your body receives an adequate supply!

Excellent value for money. Brilliant product.

Love the high dose of Vit D3 which I take when feeling like a cold or illness is creeping in. Quickly destroys any bug. Tiny gel capsule that even the kids can take also when they ring home some super bug from school. Completely flavourless so you can chew it if you struggle to swallow but this should not be a problem since capsules are tiny. The shelf life of the product also very long another 2 years to go so plenty of time to use up with experiation. Definitely got fresh stock unlike some other companies that sell close to end of sell by.l date. Highly recommend the product and purchasing through DS International.
