Suggested Usage and Storage  
Mix 1 scoop with 6 oz (180 ml) of water and consume immediately after training. On non-training days, take 1 scoop in the morning upon waking. For enhanced results, take 2 scoops mixed with 12 oz (360 ml) of water post-workout, or 2 scoops in the morning on rest days. An optional loading phase for the first 7 days involves taking 2 scoops in the morning and 2 scoops after workouts on training days, and 2 scoops in the morning plus 2 scoops later in the day on rest days. Store in a cool, dry place.
