Mix 1 serving (5 scoops) with approximately 400–500 ml of water or skimmed milk and consume once daily. For best results, take post-workout or between meals. New users may wish to begin with half a serving (2–3 scoops) to assess tolerance. Maintain adequate hydration throughout use.
